Malaysia

Nestled in the heart of Southeast Asia, Malaysia is home to both a diverse culture, and diverse geography.  It is a bustling, bubbling melting pot of races and religions, where Malays, Indians, Chinese and many other ethnic groups live together in peace and harmony.  Geographically, Malaysia is as diverse as its culture.  There are two parts of the country; the peninsula of Malaysia, and the north part of Borneo Island, with the South China Sea separating the two.  Cool hideaways are found in the highlands that roll down to warm, sandy beaches and rich, humid mangroves.  One of Malaysia’s key attractions is its extreme contrasts.  Towering skyscrapers look down upon wooden house built on stilts, and five-star deluxe hotels and luxury resorts sit nearby ancient reefs.  The eclectic cultures, natural wonders and surprises in store for visitors make Malaysia a perfect holiday destination.
